What to wear....

My fiancé and I are going with his sister and her boyfriend to see Trans Siberian Orchestra this Friday. I think we're doing dinner and stuff in the city but I can't decide what to outfit I like the best. Although I will say I am leaning towards the printed top because the shades are so pretty & colorful.

Too much going on with the ruffles and print?

Or how about ruffles, a tie neck top and window pane plaid pants?
