Fit Friday: No Weight Full Body Workout

Hello everyone, long time no chat.  Sorry about the mini-hiatus I've been at my parents house this week because my Grandma passed away last Friday.  In the mist of everything that's been going on I wanted to share this take anywhere, minimal equipment workout that I came up with since I didn't have any weights on hand.  I've linked how to do the exercises below, enjoy! :)



1. Squats

1. Lunges (left side)

  1. This is an awesome workout! I love exercises that use only bodyweight or very simple equipment. Although, I don't know if I could handle that minute plank at the end :P

  2. Thanks Alex! Don't be fooled sometimes I need a 3 sec break when doing a plank, it's all about progress ;)
