Friday 5

Two new shows that I've been loving: The Lying Game and The Bachelor.  I've been watching season 1 of  TLG on Netflix. (Synopsis: Inspired by the Sara Shepard (Pretty Little Liars) book series of the same name, The Lying Game follows long-lost twins Emma and Sutton. Separated under mysterious circumstances, Sutton was adopted by the wealthy Mercer family in Phoenix, while Emma grew up in the foster system. When the twins reunite as teenagers, they keep it a secret. While Sutton goes in search of the truth, Emma takes over her life and discovers more secrets and lies than she could have imagined.) Doesn't Mads look like Melissa Rycroft? Thanks to Bre for getting me addicted.  A little late on the Bachelor train, better late than never.  Plus I needed something to fill my Kardashian void until the end of the month. ;)

These UA leggings are amazing and they're really long for us taller gals.  They don't call them perfect for nothing.  I wore them doing a Tabata workout and thought I would get too warm in them, nope they were perfect.  I've even been wearing them as pants leggings and pretty much wore them all last weekend.  Perfect for weekend errands and they keep your legs at a comfortable temperature.

Speaking of Tabata workouts, these are my new fav cardio workouts.  Short & sweet but get your bang for your buck.  For more information check out Gina's post.

My favorite podcast to fall asleep to: The Wall Street Journal. I love Gordon Deal's voice and use of humor and sarcasim.

Current Trader Joe's favs: spicy black bean dip, raw creamy almond butter, and candy cane green tea.

What are you loving this Friday?
